Grapes were whole bunch pressed and settled overnight. Fermentation was undertaken in cool stainless tanks to retain the delicate flavours of the grape.
Nice fruit in the lemon/ lime/ grapefruit spectrum, with some spice and ginger. This is a Central Otago Gewürztraminer so leans more towards austere, mineral characteristics rather than towards the lychee, floral notes. It is a good food wine and will fatten and round out with bottle age.
