100% pinot noir grapes were completely destemmed prior to batch pre-fermentation in open-top tanks. Hand plunged until fermentation was complete; settled in stainless tanks prior to malolactic fermentation; then aged in French oak barrels for 10 months before blending and bottling.

Winemaker's tasting notes

Good colour with purple hues. Bouquet of pinot noir notes: earthy complexity with dark cherry, toasty oak and hints of clove and spice. An elegant wine, with silky tannins and medium fruit weight on the palate, to be cellared for up to five years.
