The free juice was drained off and the skins were held overnight before pressing to increase skin contact time. The wine was fermented in stainless steel at a cool temperature to retain the fresh fruity characteristics.

Winemaker's tasting notes
A dry Central Otago Gewürztraminer. On the nose; lychees, crystallized ginger and grapefruit with hints of Turkish delight. On the palate a balanced acidity, good fruit intensity with a rounded mid palate.
